Should be creative, students having skills of Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Illustrator, In-design, Good sketching, Adobe XD and Figma having good understanding about UX design is a must. Programming knowledge not required. Freshers with a passion to learn should apply. A hunger for creativity is a must.
0-1 years exp.
Should independently handle large-scale Architectural, Commercial, Residential and Industrial projects. Should be aware of the rules/norms of the sanctioning bodies. Co-ordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers. Proficient in Autocad, SketchUp, MS office other related software preferable. Knowledge of Revit will be an added advantage. Should be able to handle Architectural studios systematically and Independently.
Min 5 years of exp.
Should have exp in design and drafting skill of large scale Commercial and Residential projects, good knowledge of material. Proficient in Autocad , SketchUp, MS office other related software preferable.
Min 4 yrs exp.

CA first group cleared preferred. Should have experience and knowledge in Accounting, G.S.T, TDS and tally. Zoho books will be an added advantage. 5-6 years exp.
To handle large scale corporate & residential projects independently. Coordination with design, consultant team,vendors, labors, contractors,suppliers etc. Knowledge of basic working drawing in detail. Knowledge of Autocad ,MS office etc.
Min 4 - 6 years of exp.
Proficient in SketchUp & Lumion, architectural visualization
2-3 years exp.
Should have exp. in taking out site measurement, quantities, preparing estimates and tender documents in coordination with design team for Interior projects. Good knowledge of material and market rate, should have good negotiation skill .
Min. 3 years exp.
Should have experience in Accounting, G.S.T., B.R.S, TDS working etc. CA inter will be an added advantage.
Min 3 years exp.
The candidate must have good experience in handling electrical projects of Bungalows and
Office Interiors.
Min 4 - 6 years of exp.
The Candidate must possess strong communication & leadership skills, will be involved in coordination of construction activities, Estimation, Bills Certification, Tendering, Coordination with Consultants & Client, should be capable of keeping a check on site from the Architects side, focusing on safety & legality. Knowledge of Word, Excel must. Exp in Industrial & Residential Sites will be an added advantage.
Min 7 years of exp.
Should organize and maintain reception area. Answer incoming calls. Manage facilities and repair staff. Setup workstations for new staff. Organize office documents and filling. Inventory management for office supplies. Manage appointments and offsite reservations for directors Required: Female, Good communication skills(English Hindi & Marathi) . Prior Admin experience.
